I might be beating a dead horse here, but I can’t stress this enough:

If we want to lose weight, lose body fat, than proper nutrition and regular training is paramount. No supplement will make up for a bad diet, or the lack of exercise. Not even fat burners!

The name can be misleading: fat-burner. So if I take it, I will burn fat? Well, no. Proper nutritional and hormonal enviroment is the required condition to lose body fat. If you overeat calories no amount of fatburner will be able to help you.
OK, great, than why even bother with fatburners?
Fat burning (producing energy from stored fat) is a complex, multistep process. Pushing our body towards a more favourable body composition is dependent on multiple factors as well:

  1. calories consumed
  2. source of those calories (=macros)
  3. our muscle mass (the more muscle the better, the more we train, the better)
  4. our fat mass
  5. number of mitochondria
  6. etc…

Fat burners can aid the complex process of fat burning by supporting it at the various points:

  1. increasing mitchondiral function
  2. increasing glucose uptake into the muscles, and the insulin sensitivity of the muscles (thus decreasing the insulin response to a given meal)
  3. help control our insulin and glucose levels
  4. decrease apetite
  5. increase muscle fatty acid uptake
  6. slightly increase our metabolism – for example capsaicin can increase our basal metabolic rate by 50-150 kCals a day. That is not that much, but summing it all u pin a 4-6 months period it can be quiet a few calories.

SteelCore is a fat mobilizer, not a fat burner. SteelCore does not burn fat – but helps you burn more fat. SteelCore aids the liberation of free fatty acids from the adipose tissue and energy production. It also reduces the amount of fat we can accumulate.

The main ingredients are:

  • L-carnitine: can increase post-workout recovery – primarily through the elimination of ammonia. [1,2] Chronic L-carnitine consumption helps to decrease elevated blood sugar levels.[3,4]
  • Sicilian Red Orange Fruit Extract (Citrus Sinensis) (MorosilTM):
    • cyanidin-3-O-glucoside (C3G): a pigment found in blue and black fruits and berries and purple vegetables. Out of all the anthocyanins, cyanidins are the most bioavailable and the most stable. C3G can decrease blood sugar[5] and can turn up a protein called AMPK – which in turn increases muscle glucose and fatty acid uptake.[6]  
    • Hesperidine: a bioflavonoid glycoside found in citrus fruits. It can increase blood flow – and proper circulation is very important in fat burning.[7,8]  Ashwagandha: known as a strong adaptogen. Adaptogens are compounds that help the body to cope with stress.
  • Ashwagandha consumption reduces cortisol and maintains immune function. It can decrease anxiety and stress[9-12], has an anti-inflammatory effect, decreases cortisol[13,14] and can increase power output.[15-17]  
  • Alpha-lipoic Acid: a strong antioxidant that helps mitochondrial function. Can decrease appetite[18], with a high enough dose can inhibit fat accumulation.[19] Combined with L-carnitin, they can increase the number of mitochondria int he fat cells.  
  • Grain of Paradise Seed Extract (Aframum Melegueta) (Paradoxine®): a spice belonging to the ginger family that stimulates brown adipose tissue, boosting metabolism.[21]
  • Dihydrocapsiate (from Sweet Peppers) (CapsiAtra®): capsaicin found in chili peppers is well known. This is the compound that makes hot peppers hot. Capsaicin can increase basal metabolic rate and turn up heat production.[22,23] Dihydrocapsiate is part of the same family of compounds, but unlike capsaicin, it is not hot. But still, it can increase basal metabolic rate.[24] 

No fat burner will make up for the lack of a proper diet and regular exercise. Such a product does not exist. SteelCore is the perfect supplement, that can help maximize the results you get from your diet and hard training.
