HOW TO MAXIMIZE STEELFIT PRODUCTS' EFFECTS?

You bought a SteelFit product, and You want to maximize your results from it. It is natural. Everybody wants the highest return on their investments. Here are some key points and some tricks that can help you maximize your results using the products!

Nutrition:
The fact that nutrition is key if you want to burn fat and lose some weight is quite trivial. But which variable is the most important? Well, it’s calories. The strongest factor in losing weight (and bodyfat) is being in a calorie deficit. We can turn it around – it’s very hard to shred bodyfat in a caloric surplus. If you watch your calories and your protein intake, that’s probably 70 % of your goal.

Training:
Arnold and his training partners believed that doing thousands of sit ups will burn off fat on your abs. Though there is no such thing as localised fat burning – you are either in a fat burning mode (calorie deficit, etc.), or not – there is such a thing as increased fat mobilisation from a certain area. Sauna:
Going to the sauna can be a great method to enhance fat burning. Growth hormone is one of the most important fat burning hormones. Spending 10-15 minutes in an 80-100 °C finnish sauna can increase growth hormone levels by 250-500 %. The more time we spend inside and the hotter the sauna, the bigger the growth hormones response will be. The hormone levels stay elevated for hours after finishing. Sauna should be used after training, and we can use SteelFit cream before entering the sauna. Do not try dressing u por wrapping certain parts of your body, while in the sauna – it can be dangerous.

Massage:

Cold exposure:

When taking a shower at home, start with warm water, and gradually change to cold for 5-10 minutes.
